DFW Transportation LLC Owner: Rolis Michael Todeli Service Area: Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW) Zero-Tolerance Intoxication Policy DFW Transportation LLC enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding alcohol, illegal drugs, or any substance that may impair judgment, reaction time, or driving ability. Policy Rules- Drivers must not consume or be under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, or misused medications.- This policy applies while operating company vehicles, transporting passengers or cargo, or representing the company. Enforcement Any driver suspected of intoxication will be immediately removed from duty and subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination. Post-incident or reasonable-suspicion testing may be required. Safety & Code Compliance Reporting (Dallas 311) Non-emergency transportation or code compliance concerns may be reported to Dallas 311. Emergency situations or immediate danger must be reported to 911.
